A multi-level CQI approach: Using QRIS participation data to inform system and program improvements

This webinar provides an overview of Oregon's quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) and the way in which continuous quality improvement (CQI) is integrated throughout the state's portfolio system. Focus is on feedback data and its role in system assessment and revisions. A QRIS technical assistance model provided by The Research Institute (TRI) at Western Oregon University is also presented.
