This webinar discusses provisions in the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act of 2014 related to equal access to high quality child care through child care assistance for low-income children. Topics include: continuity of child care assistance; access for children and families experiencing homelessness; and provider payment rates and practices. Provisions that apply to tribes are included. The public comment process is addressed and outlined as well.
