Many questions have been raised about the supply of Parent Aware Star-Rated programs across Minnesota. This brief aims to address those questions. Before looking at the data, it is important to remember that Parent Aware Ratings have not yet been fully implemented in all counties--42 counties are being rolled out to non-accredited child care for the first time in 2015--so a full supply of rated programs should not be expected throughout the state.
