This webinar provides an outline of the principles and methods of Implementation Science and an explanation of their potential use in the context of early childhood professional development systems. The presentation includes an analysis of implementation components, steps involved in creating readiness for change, use of the Fit and Feasibility tool developed by the National Implementation Research Network, and the importance of data collection and reporting. Numerous examples are supplied to illustrate the application of Implementation Science methods to integrated professional development systems in states.
