2011 West Virginia Head Start State Collaboration needs assessment report

Description:
The United States (US) Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Children and Families, Office of Head Start, requires state collaboration offices to conduct a collaboration needs assessment survey of Head Start/Early Head Start programs within their respective states. The purpose of gathering this information is to identify strengths and challenges in specified areas and utilize the results to develop a five-year strategic plan for the West Virginia Head Start State Collaboration Office (WVHSSCO). The strategic plan will be updated annually. (author abstract)
