Findings from a process and outcomes evaluation of Linking Schools and Early Years, a project to coordinate school readiness efforts of schools, early education and care services, and child and family services in three sites in Victoria, Australia, that examine project implementation and activities, school transitions, coordination among services, and schools' responsiveness to family needs, based on 32 stakeholder interviews and on surveys from 306 parents, 11 schools, 23 early education and care service providers, and 26 child and family service providers
