An examination of the kinds of information kindergartens publicize to make their schools transparent to parents in order to help them make informed choices, as promulgated by the Pre-primary Education Voucher Scheme, introduced into the privatized kindergarten sector in Hong Kong in 2007, as well as the kinds of information parents look for to make their selection, and the extent to which the information disclosed by kindergartens help parents to make informed choices, based on a survey 49 parents from 9 kindergartens in Hong Kong
