Internationally educated teachers and student teachers in Iceland: Two qualitative studies

A study of the experiences of ethnic minority students in teacher education programs in Iceland based on interviews with 16 ethnic minority student teachers and 2 staff at the Iceland University of Education and a second study of preschools as multicultural workplaces, based on focus groups with 30 internationally educated ethnic minority female teachers and teacher assistants and interviews with 6 principals
