A qualitative study of Head Start programs' organization prior to and after the Head Start Act re-authorization of 2005, factors relating to success and failure to meet requirements of the Act, outcomes related to teacher qualifications, as well as implications for each program, from interviews with 5 directors and 5 teachers at 5 Head Start programs in North Central Mississippi, as well as a focus group with 1 teacher from each program
