The questionnaire included six items that examine the financial well-being of childcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic by exploring whether they received any COVID relief funding from the government for their program (e.g., Paycheck Protection Program, Federal Small Business Administration loans, Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act) and how they used it (e.g., payroll, rent, insurance). We also asked if they have lost income or benefits and what financial support or resources they and their families need (e.g., protection from COVID-19, learning resources). The individual item scores are presented separately without being combined. (author abstract)
