North Dakota’s vision is to have a coordinated B-5 ECE system with shared data capabilities that prioritizes early relationships and quality services. This vision is aligned with the goals and key activities in this application. The logic model summarizes the connection between the vision and PDG system planning for improved linkages across B-5 ECE in ND.
