Supported by PDG B-5 funds, and as part of the state’s overall goal to make Michigan the best state in which to raise a family, the state launched the Steps pilot in July 2020. Steps is a new initiative designed to teach families about early childhood development and provide resources about the different early childhood services available to families. This brief presents findings from the pilot evaluation. (author abstract)
