Tribal Leaders or their designated representatives were invited to join the Office of Child Care (OCC) for a virtual consultation regarding a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) titled: Improving Child Care Access, Affordability, and Stability in the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF). During this consultation, input and suggestions were gathered to inform proposed regulatory changes to the CCDF program. OCC, as part of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), conducted this consultation process in compliance with the ACF Tribal Consultation Policy published in 2011. (author abstract)
